Vegan Potato Mac Salad
INGREDIENTS:
Potatos
Mini Elbow Macaroni
Pickles
Frozen Peas
Gardien Fishless Filets or Crab cakes
Veganise
Garlic Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) On the stove boil potatoes and mini macaroni (but not too soft or mushy)
2) Defrost peas in microwave
3) Finely mince pickles
3) Cook Fishless filets, then shred the filets
4) Add all ingredients together in a bowl with veganise and mix.
5) Add salt and pepper to taste
