Homemade Gingerade

INGREDIENTS: 
1 5lb bag lemons
Honey
2-3 fingers of Ginger 
Water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Slice, seed, and peel large lemons. Add to Juicer
2.  Peel ginger, add 1 finger of ginger to juicer. 
3. Mix and taste, add more ginger (depending on how gingery you want it) 
4. Fill 3/4 of mason jars with juice, add 1/4  with water and honey for sweet taste.  (For better consistency- mix honey and water)
5. Close mason jar and shake to mix.
