Baked Vegetable Medley
Sweet Potatoes or Potatoes (sliced)
Onion Chopped (into chunks)
Brussel Sports (cut in half)
1-3 cloves of Garlic (minced or whole)
Garlic Salt or Regular Hawaiian Salt
1. Preheat Oven to 410°F.
2. Arrange the vegetables on baking pan. Brush them with the oil mixture, salt, pepper, and rosemary
3. Roast them for 25 to 30 minutes, on middle rack or until they are golden and crisp.
